Announcement in Respect of Issuance of the Second Tranche of Mid-term Notes
 
The Board of Directors of the Company and its members guarantee that there is no false or misleading statement or material omission in this announcement and shall be severally and jointly liable for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of its contents.
 
The Proposal in Respect of Applying for Issuance of Mid-term Notes and Renewal of Short-term Financing Bonds was approved by the Annual Shareholders’ General Meeting 2009 convened on April 22nd, 2010.  On Oct 25th, 2010, the Company successfully issued the second tranche of 2010 mid-term notes in China’s inter-bank bond market.  The issuance results are as follows:
